China medical pathway service coordination with patient records and hospital planning

Services

A clear service path before medical decisions in China.

USD 199 Medical Pathway Review

The paid review is a decision-preparation product.

It should answer: what is ready, what is missing, which route makes sense, and what should happen next.

Standard Review

USD 199 Medical Pathway Review.

USD 199 / time

For cases that need human advice, evaluation, preparation, and question organization before any execution work starts. It can resolve most routine pathway, records, payment, and preparation needs.

Best as the first paid step for ordinary, complex, private, and high-end cases. Many routine needs end here; if medical-professional input is needed, it clarifies whether the patient should request doctor record review, contact hospitals, or request a custom quote for execution-stage support.

What we check

  • City, hospital type, and department direction
  • Records, images, translations, and missing documents
  • Whether doctor record review or remote doctor assessment may be useful later
  • Insurance, direct billing, self-pay, invoice, and claim-document questions
  • Payment and cost structure questions before hospital outreach
  • Questions the patient should ask before booking or paying a provider

What you receive

  • Case route summary
  • Records and documents checklist
  • Hospital questions and appointment-prep wording
  • Insurance, payment, invoice, or claim-document question list
  • Doctor-record-review need assessment for later quote if appropriate
  • Recommended next action: stop at pathway review, self-guided hospital contact, doctor review quote, or custom coordination quote

Not included: No diagnosis, doctor remote consultation, doctor-led clinical assessment, provider outreach, appointment execution, guaranteed appointment, insurance approval, direct billing guarantee, translation delivery, escort, pickup, or multi-day execution unless separately quoted.

Start intake

Doctor review

Doctor input is a separate quoted stage.

Use this when records are ready enough for a licensed doctor or specialist to review. Most cases fit USD 300-800; complex or urgent cases may exceed USD 800.

Doctor review

Doctor Record Review / Remote Doctor Assessment

USD 300-800 in most cases

When the case needs medical-professional input, GoChinaMed can coordinate a licensed doctor or specialist to review available records. Complex, urgent, senior-specialist, or multi-disciplinary cases may exceed USD 800.

Before quote, confirm

  • Whether an appropriate doctor or specialist is available
  • Whether the records are complete enough for review
  • Specialty, doctor level, urgency, language, and review format
  • Whether written feedback, remote communication, or further hospital contact is appropriate

Not included: No emergency care, guaranteed diagnosis, prescription, treatment decision, appointment, hospital admission, surgery arrangement, or medical outcome. Doctor availability and review format must be confirmed before payment.

Full-service medical travel

Full-service Medical Travel Coordination is quoted after scope is clear.

After USD 199 Medical Pathway Review

Standard coordination quote

If the review shows execution work is needed, we quote the specific scope separately.

Appointment handling, document preparation, report translation, payment questions, bilingual follow-up, pickup, accommodation planning, travel support, or doctor-led remote consultation support.

Private / complex scope

Private coordination quote

If complex records, privacy, VIP route, family communication, senior specialist direction, or multi-provider work is needed, we quote a higher-touch scope separately.

VIP/private route support, senior specialist outreach, family communication, multi-provider comparison, discreet logistics, escort, pickup, accommodation planning, travel support, or multi-day coordination.

Private / VIP

Higher privacy or care environment

Private rooms, VIP channels, international departments, discreet handling, family or assistant communication, senior specialist direction, and controlled provider outreach.

Captured during intake and Medical Pathway Review, then quoted separately if execution is needed.

Execution work

Hands-on coordination

Appointment handling, document preparation, translation delivery, escort, pickup, accommodation planning, remote doctor consultation coordination, provider comparison, or multi-day visit support.

Not included in USD 199. Quoted only after the review clarifies city, timing, provider route, and support scope.

What we organize

The work is practical, not abstract.

Records, route, and communication readiness are the three things that usually decide whether the next step is smooth or messy.

Boundaries

Clear scope protects the patient.

Not a hospital, clinic, insurer, or emergency service.

No diagnosis, prescription, treatment decision, or guaranteed medical outcome.

GoChinaMed works from hospital-resource data, specialty-route research, frontline medical experience, and retired-doctor support when deeper review is appropriate.

Pricing and service boundaries are stated before commitment; no hidden GoChinaMed service fees are added outside the written scope.

GoChinaMed is not limited to small or low-budget needs; complex, private, high-touch, multi-provider, medical tourism, and full-service medical travel cases can be prepared and scoped before a custom quote.

USD 199 can resolve most routine pathway, records, payment, and preparation needs, but does not include provider outreach, doctor consultation, appointment execution, translation delivery, escort, pickup, or multi-day coordination.

Doctor Record Review / Remote Doctor Assessment is quoted separately at USD 300-800 in most cases; complex, urgent, senior-specialist, or multi-disciplinary cases may exceed USD 800.

If the patient already knows the hospital, department, and insurer/direct-billing route, official hospital or insurer channels may be the better first step.

No guaranteed appointment, provider price, direct billing, or insurance approval.

Hospital fees, tests, hotels, flights, travel, and third-party charges are separate unless written into a quote.

Questions

Decide before you pay.

Should everyone start with case intake?+

Yes. Everyone enters through case intake so the need is clear. Intake then routes the user to no paid step yet, USD 199 Medical Pathway Review, doctor record review, or a later custom quote.

What happens after case intake?+

If human input is useful, the case enters USD 199 Medical Pathway Review for advice, evaluation, preparation, and question organization. If doctor input is appropriate, Doctor Record Review / Remote Doctor Assessment is quoted separately at USD 300-800 in most cases.

Why should patients trust GoChinaMed?+

GoChinaMed focuses on preparation before commitment. We combine hospital-resource data, specialty-route research, practical input from frontline medical workers, and retired-doctor support when deeper review is appropriate. We do not replace hospitals or licensed doctors; we help patients understand the route, records, questions, and service scope before choosing a larger step.

Are there hidden fees?+

No hidden GoChinaMed service fees are added outside the written scope. The patient should know what is included, what is not included, and which hospital, doctor, travel, translation, escort, hotel, test, or third-party costs are separate before committing to paid execution.

Is GoChinaMed only for small or budget medical needs?+

No. USD 199 Medical Pathway Review can resolve most routine pathway, records, payment, and preparation needs, but it is not the service ceiling. Complex, privacy-sensitive, family, executive, high-end, multi-provider, medical tourism, or full-service medical travel cases can use intake and review to prepare records, questions, route options, and quote scope before doctor review, provider outreach, travel support, or multi-day coordination begins.

When is a custom quote needed?+

Use a custom quote after the USD 199 Medical Pathway Review when the work moves into execution or deeper service. Appointment handling, provider outreach, documents, translation delivery, escort, pickup, remote doctor assessment, VIP/private route support, multi-day coordination, hospital fees, doctor fees, and third-party costs are not included in USD 199 unless written into a quote.

How much is Doctor Record Review or Remote Doctor Assessment?+

USD 300-800 in most cases. Complex, urgent, senior-specialist, or multi-disciplinary cases may exceed USD 800. Doctor availability, specialty, record complexity, and review format must be confirmed before payment.

Can GoChinaMed help with insurance or hospital appointments?+

We can help prepare insurance, direct-billing, self-pay, deposit, invoice, claim-document, and appointment communication questions. We do not guarantee insurance approval, direct billing, provider availability, or final appointment confirmation.
